免責事項

AK CAMERA（以下「本アプリ」）は現状有姿で提供されます。本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、撮影や保存が常に成功すること、すべての端末で同じ結果になることを保証するものではありません。

本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことにより生じた損害（撮影機会の逸失、写真・動画の破損や消失、端末の不具合、その他の直接・間接の損害を含みます）について、開発者は責任を負いません。ただし、開発者の故意または重大な過失による場合はこの限りではありません。

大切な撮影では、事前に動作を確認し、保存された写真をその場で確認してください。また、撮影した写真・動画のバックアップは利用者ご自身でお願いします。

撮影した写真・動画の権利は撮影者に帰属します。撮影にあたっては、撮影場所の規則や被写体の権利を尊重してください。
